Fee Schedule: There are 3 registration periods. In order to secure the affiliated campus Early Bird rate, registrants must complete their registration by November 4.
- Early Bird Registration: Registered by November 4
- Regular Registration: Registered by December 2
- Late/Onsite Registration: Registered on or after December 3
Workshop and Case Study Selection: Registration for workshops and case studies will be available with the open of Regular Registration on November 5. All Early Bird registrants will receive a notification email allowing them to re-enter their registration to select workshops and case studies.
Payment Options: There are 2 payment options for online registration: Credit Card and Purchase Order.
Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing by MRA Services via fax +1 425 420 1690 or email: attendees.info@mra-services.com. Registration cancellations received on or before Thursday, December 8, 2011, are eligible for a refund less a 25% administrative fee. Check refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. Registrants CANCELING AFTER Thursday, December 8, 2011, AND CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Thursday, December 8, 2011. Substitutions are allowed; email attendees.info@mra-services.com to complete the subsitution process.
