Utilize communication tools, such as a NLANAA newsletter and social networking sites to keep alumni informed on ways to stay connected and get involved |

Establish an NLANAA webpage on the AH National website |

Set up an easy way for alumni to update profiles |

Use successful college alumni associations as models to engage students immediately upon graduation |

2. Add Value to the Membership

Develop Regional Representative positions to provide job opportunities, contact information, connections and networking opportunities to alumni on a regional and local level |

Increase awareness/access to job postings currently being offered through Alliance National Partners and work to develop additional opportunities only offered to Alliance Alumni |

3. Increase Awareness and Support the American Humanics Mission
