The American Humanics program is an innovative course of study that equips college and university students to become skilled professionals and leaders in America's nonprofit organizations. AH is the only national organization dedicated to meeting this need at the undergraduate level. The national American Humanics Alliance includes more than 70 colleges and universities and nearly 60 national nonprofit organizations.

The American Humanics Management/Leadership Institute (AHMI) is an intensive educational symposium designed for college students, faculty members, nonprofit partners, volunteers and AmeriCorps members with a commitment to service. Established by American Humanics in 1973, AHMI provides the capstone experience in nonprofit management and leadership education.
