Policies and Provisions

The following policies are important for AH AmeriCorps members and Host Sites.

Federal Provisions

AmeriCorps is a national organization with a wide variety of affiliated programs.  AmeriCorps is governed by the AmeriCorps Regulations and Provisions which areavailable online at www.americorps.gov and at the American Humanics national office.  Relevant portions of the AmeriCorps Regulations and Provisions are avaiable below and throughout other pages in the ProCorps section of this website.  When reading the AmeriCorps Regulations and Provisions, it will be helpful to remember that American Humanics  is considered an “AmeriCorps*National Direct” program.

American Humanics staff is available to assist Members and Host Sites fulfill their obligations under these provisions.

American Humanics Policies

This website and the policies below were written as a guide for AmeriCorps members in the AH Professional Corps program (AH ProCorps), regardless of the position they occupy or the Host Site with which they serve.
