2009 AHMI EXPO
American Humanics Managment Institute > AHMI Expo

The 2009 AHMI EXPO will bring together 70+ American Humanics Student Associations from around the country, as well as leading graduate programs, national and local nonprofit partners, sponsors, and publishers of nonprofit-related books, and includes a cyber café.  Exhibitors will have the opportunity to network with all AHMI participants, while showcasing their outstanding programs, discussing best practices, and exploring career opportunities. In preparation for the EXPO, participants should focus on incorporating the Power of Stories theme into their displays.

Exhibiting Information

There are three AHMI EXPO sessions:
-
2:30 - 5:00 pm on Sunday, January 4;
- 12:00 - 2:00 pm and 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Monday, January 5;

The EXPO will be open informally at any other time
that students are not required to be in sessions (ceremonies, workshops, Case Study or the National Collegiate Dialogue, forums, and plenary sessions).  

· Each booth will include:
- A skirted table (6’)
- 2 chairs
- A wastebasket 
· Electricity and phone lines will be available at the exhibitor’s expense.
 · No exhibit fee is required for affiliated campuses.
·
 Campuses are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping costs for their exhibit. Details concerning shipping will be provided with confirmation of exhibit registration. Do not ship exhibits before confirmation and shipping information is sent.

· Complete the Exhibiting Registration Form

 Return Exhibiting Registration form (P. 36) to the AH National Office by fax (816) 531-3527 or mail:

· Exhibitor registration forms must be received by October 6, 2008 to guarantee exhibit space

 Designee on registration form will receive email confirming exhibit status and further details regarding the EXPO,
·
 If you decide to utilize the Exhibit Company, please communicate with them directly regarding appropriate paperwork and procedures. Contact information for the Exhibit company will be distributed after you send in your EXPO registration form.
